The transition to a sustainable society demands
a leap in our ability to manage participatory processes
Expert knowledge is not enough, though indispensable. Radical political and business decisions are not enough, though a prerequisite.
We also need to find ways to engage vast numbers of people, personally and professionally, in a development process where they seek and expand their own scope of action, their own power – their own joy in life.
This process makes huge demands on pedagogy – and on leadership, and not least on the combination of leadership and pedagogy. These aspects are included in our courses and workshops on leadership, coaching, pedagogy, and program design.
