What is Goals for Good?
Goals for Good is an exciting new course that draws from research into positive psychology and sustainability to help young people live happier, healthier, and more planet friendly lifestyles.
The course consists of a series of four, one-hour sessions to help participants to:
- Challenge traditional notions of success
- Explore the Five Ways to Wellbeing and the science of what really makes us happy
- Find meaning and purpose by considering the effect of their goals beyond themselves
- Increase determination and use their strengths to help achieve their goals
The workshops are designed to be delivered in school and youth settings (aimed at 14- to 18-year-olds) and in workplace settings (aimed at 18 to 30-year-olds) by experienced facilitators, and are available to download for free. Train the trainer packages are also available if you’re keen to learn more.
