We are happy to announce that agado, GAP Spain, InEuropa and GAP Netherlands will start a new Erasmus+ project called GoodFood. The project focusses on vocational education and supports catering schools (management, teachers and their students) to develop sustainable food habits at school and in future workplaces. What is innovative about the project’s approach is that it combines content knowledge of food related topics with social science, such as theory and practice on empowerment, behaviour change, social learning and values driven choice architecture. This combination is an important enabler for change to take place. Developing skills to understand and deal with complexity whilst making daily choices will turn (future) professionals into valuable change makers. In the project GAP partners will work together with national implementation partners, who will test, implement and evaluate the materials.
